Four teens charged in squirt-gun attack
NEW CASTLE, Pa. - Four western Pennsylvania teens who carried out a drive-by squirt gun attack with chlorinated water are charged with disorderly conduct and harassment. Ouch! The incident happened just after midnight early Wednesday.
